Opening Times
The R & J Trade Counter is open from 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Most items can be collected directly from the trade counter but is it advised to call beforehand to confirm sufficient stock levels.
Web Exclusive Prices
We constantly adjust the website prices to be competitive with other online retailers. Therefore items ordered directly from the trade counter may be subject to higher prices.
We offer a click and collect service whereby you can order online and collect from our trade counter enabling you to get the best possible price.

When can I collect my order
Once you have submitted your online order you will receive an Email confirming that your order has been received. Your order will then be processed by our warehouse team and once it's ready for collection you will be notified by Email.
How to collect my order
When collecting your order you must bring the payment card you used to purchase your items online and your order reference number which can be found on the confirmation Email.
Your items will be held together for 7 days, after which time you will have to contact our customer services team on 01254 52525 to arrange collection.
