Premseal 100 is a self adhesive sheet membrane constructed from an oriented cross laminated high density polythene sheeting and a bitumen-polymer adhesive compound

The product is a tough, durable, self-adhesive sheet with an overall thickness of 1.5mm.

Its primary use is for internal and external tanking to prevent the ingress of water and water borne aggressive salts such as chlorides and sulphates penetrating concrete structures. Being water and vapour resistant Premseal 100 has many waterproofing applications in the construction industry.

A feature unique to Premier Coatings is the selvedge. This enables a fast and secure seal on all side edge laps.

Premseal 100 is approved by the Water Research Council and is UK WFBS listed for use in portable water situations, and is also certified by the British Board of Agrement - BBA Certificate 92/2789.

Specification

Waterproofing should be Premseal 100 applied in accordance with BS 8102 and manufacturers recommendations.
