We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us but if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. (This information relates to orders placed online only.)
How to Return an Item
A valid returns note should be obtained by contacting our customer service team on 01254 52525 or via Email to email@example.com.
In the unlikely event that you order is received damaged please contact our customer services team on 01254 52525 for further instruction.
All damaged items must be reported on the same day as delivery:
Where possible report damage to delivery driver and refuse the delivery so that the parcel is returned to us.
Alternately please inspect all items for damage on receipt of the order and report damages to our customer service team on day of delivery.
Faulty items must be report within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer services team on 01254 52525. Items over 30 days old are covered by the manufactures warranty unless stated otherwise you would need to contact the manufacturer.
