The door closer has a manufacturers ten year guarantee; This overhead fire door-closer has been successfully tested to BS EN1154 allowing it to be used on 1 Hour Fire Rated Doors up to 60Kg. It is an ideal Closer for domestic Fire Doors where cost is an issue;
