Product Description

EVERBUILD RAPID SET FLEXIPLUS is a cement-based polymer modified powdered tile adhesive with rapid setting properties, specifically designed for same day fixing and grouting of ceramic floor tiles.

Benefits

• Rapid set - same day fixing and grouting.


• Internal/external use.


• Excellent water resistance.


• Extremely high bond strength - over double the BS minimum requirement in wet shear (7 days drying, 7 days water immersion followed by shearing whilst wet.)

Areas for Use

• For securing floor and wall tiles to most surfaces


• For heavy duty areas such as heavily walked floors


• Recommended for tiling domestic, communal and power showers.


• Suitable for constant immersion e.g. swimming pools.


• May also be used for patching small areas in concrete/stone etc.

Limitations

• Do not use directly onto gypsum plaster (risk of expansion and failure) Use EVERBUILD paste adhesives.


• Never add further water once the adhesive has been mixed. This will destroy the strength.


• Always mix with EVERBUILD SBR when tiling on wooden floors/floors with movement.


• Do not walk on floors for 2-3 hours after tiling.


• Not recommended for use on glazed tiles and bricks, paint or metal surfaces.
